We not only make beautiful and unique handmade hats, bags, and jewelry, but through our sustainable job creation program, we empower our artisan weavers to lift themselves and their families out of extreme poverty, enabling them to create a brighter future.

OUR HERITAGE
ETHICALLY PRODUCED & SUSTAINABLE HANDMADE
Anashi was born in Zurich, Switzerland and made in the Colombian Tropics.
Our desire is to rescue the artisanal techniques and cultural heritage that have been passed down through generations. Anashi’s mission is to share the beautiful artistic craftsmanship with the rest of the world by implementing a sustainable and ethical business model that focus on Fairtrade, Sustainability and Socio-Economic Development.
Hi, I`m Keyla. I founded Anashi in honor to my Colombian heritage, and the beautiful, handcrafted art of Latin America.
After receiving my Master’ degree of International Trade and Sustainable Development, I embarked on a journey to empower women’s handicraft skills, through education, innovation, and social impact programs to improve the quality of life of the indigenous communities I`m proud to be working with.

HELPING TRANSFORM COMMUNITIES
When you purchase our products, you are directly helping the Wayuu Community in La Guajira, Colombia who live in extreme poverty, and endure illiteracy and food deficiencies.
We work closely with each community to create jobs for woman, promoting social integration and sustainable economic development.

Empowering woman, and artisan skills
We collaborate with 50 women artisans mostly mothers, who can now work from home,
allowing them to earn a living without having to leave their children and families.
